(1) The appeal letter received in accordance with this regulation shall be registered and given by the court. If it is found that the deadline has passed or if it is not reached in other ways, the appeal letter should be returned to the bench. But if the custom is returned before the customs have arrived, an appeal must be filed if the custom is brought within seven days of that date.
(2) In accordance with this regulation, the appeal can be made through the same officer or agency. Such an appeal should be sent to the court within seven days by that officer along with the relevant letter.
